Why do you put parts in categories?

Categories are used as a convenient labeling system to help customers find the parts that they need. They provide an easy way to search, sort and view the parts that share common functionality or apply to common groupings. If you notice a part with an incorrect category association or if a part should be included in a particular grouping and is not, please contact us as we make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the categories associated with each part. Your contributions go a long way in helping us serve you better!

Can I be sure that this part will work with its listed machine?

No. Our staff and loyal dealer/consumer networks work very hard to ensure accuracy of the category identification for each part. However, many manufacturers (especially the Chinese powersport manufacturers with which we specialize) have a wide variety of semi-consistent or 'organic' models. Mid-year models, discontinued models and in-year product alterations are common in the industry. Western importers also rapidly change the labeling, specifications and even branding of their product and as a result we can never be 100% sure of all part fitments. It is important to use more than 1 reference when identifying a part for your machine.

The most successful way to identify that a part will work for your machine is by matching up your part with the pictures. In the simplified world of Chinese manufacturing, if the part you're looking at has the same aesthetics and geometry as the part you are replacing, 99% of the time it will work.

Why can I not select my country in the sign up form?

ATVPartSupply.com is currently organized to serve Canadian dealers and consumers within the 10 Canadian provinces. If you require assistance from within Canada but not from within the listed provinces please contact us for assistance and we will be happy to help you.

How much does shipping cost?

After you submit your order a representative will determine the shipping cost and return to you the total cost of the order. From there you can accept the total fees and submit payment or contact us if you would like a breakdown of the shipping charges. If you would like us to ship to you COD or on a third party shipping account number please submit the details with your order in the 'additional notes' section.

What does Order Status: Backorder mean?

Items are placed on Backorder if you've ordered a larger quantity of that item than we have in stock, or if we have run out. In all cases, if a part is not in stock we will contact you within 1 business day to give you your backorder details. Please contact us if you need additional assistance with backordered items.
